How do I stop my dogs from barking when they hear voices or other dogs while they are out back

Pretty Aussie!... doesn't seem to have the same barking problem as Kiko. My aussie does, but I believe he's just copying his big sister, the alpha (female yellow lab). It got so bad, I cut disconnected the wires on my doorbell. We're still working on the issue, it's hard to train for this situation with just one person.
